At Thrive Social Capital CIC , we tackle the systemic barriers that have historically prevented marginalised BAME, ethnic minority, underprivileged communities from accessing meaningful employment, education and enterprise opportunities.

We provide tailored training, upskilling, academic routes, and employment support to help individuals access meaningful, sustainable careers.

At the same time, we support employers to adopt inclusive, culturally aware practices that improves retention, representation, and equity across the workforce. Together, we're building stronger communities and a fairer economy.

Community led social enterprise

Based in South Yorkshire, we are a community led social enterprise working at the grassroots to break down systemic barriers to employment, education, and enterprise. We support individuals who are often overlooked i.e. ethnic minorities; those facing homelessness; ex-offenders; asylum seekers deprived communities, and young people not in education, employment, or training (NEET).

Our approach is trauma informed, culturally competent, and rooted in lived experience. We provide inclusive training, upskilling, and mentoring, while working directly with employers to build inclusive hiring practices, improve retention, and champion leadership diversity.

By transforming individual lives and shifting organisational cultures, we are building stronger communities and driving long term, structural change, because everyone deserves the chance to thrive.
