As a woman of colour, Naeela has faced systemic barriers, racism, and the isolation of being "the only one like her in the room." Her experiences of being overlooked, unheard, and undervalued in both education and the workplace have ignited a powerful mission: to ensure no young person walks the path she once walked alone.
